We often continue the "cycle" because we don't address the core issues that are leading us to choose unhealthy habits in the first place. Digging deeper into your "primary foods" will help you identify triggers that are causing you defeat.
There are many aspects that make up health. If you are experiencing fatigue, weight gain, energy loss, etc., there are many areas that can be triggering this response. This is why your "one size fits all" diets don't stick.
WEEKS 1-6
In the beginning we will focus on discovering triggers, learning what God created your body to do, and addressing all health concerns. Each week, you will have action steps or goals as homework. You will be given a daily health tracker to use during the program entirety. This tracker will help us pinpoint where any problem areas may be.
WEEK 7-12
Next we will focus on finding a new belief system, demolishing any fear or negative thinking that is holding you back, and learning how to eat so that your body thrives. We will go grocery shopping together and I will give you a meal prepping demonstration. If you aren't local I will do this virtually with you.
WEEK 13-21
Then we will break old habits, remove and heal anything that is holding you back, and fall in love with moving your body. Although movement will be a part of your homework much earlier in this program, we will find what type of exercise your body really wants. We will try different types and find which one leaves you feeling the most energized both physically and mentally.
WEEK 22-25
Finally we will fine tune your new way of life and address any remaining questions you may have. At this time, you will have adopted a new way of eating, developed a consistent exercise routine, and addressed many or all health concerns. However if you feel like you aren't quite ready for our work to end, we will discuss a renewal option. Program Renewals are at a discounted rate to show my appreciation to your commitment.
